Liverpool won their first League championship in 1901, and their second base in 1906. They played their foremost FA Cup final in 1914, losing 1–0 to Burnley. Since the establishment of the club in 1892, 45 players have been cabaret captain of Liverpool F.C. [ 5 ] Andrew Hannah became the first captain of the club after Liverpool separated from Everton and formed its own club. Alex Raisbeck, who was golf club captain from 1899 to 1909, was the longest serving captain before being overtaken by Steven Gerrard who served 12 seasons as Liverpool captain starting from the 2003–04 season.
