Important Information for Season 2021/22
COVID-19:  In accordance with the Government ‘s plan B regulations, all fans must have COVID certificate to attend a match at Emirates Stadium. Any supporters ineffective to provide a valid COVID pass or proof of a negative lateral pass stream / PCR test when asked will not be permitted to enter the stadium .

Stadium Access
access to the stadium will be via your Arsenal membership card, which will be loaded with the ticket ( s ) you have purchased. Please bill if you have been issued a new My Arsenal Rewards card, this replaces your former membership calling card which will no longer permit you access to Emirates Stadium ( Junior Gunners will continue to use their original tease .
You will besides be emailed a digital version of your membership pass which can be downloaded to your Apple / Android wallet and used to access Emirates Stadium for any buy fixtures.

Important Booking Information
Please note the safety policies in stead at Emirates Stadium concerning children under 14 years of age attending fixtures. Please ensure you have read through this information before purchasing your tickets. Children who are under 14 years of long time want to be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium .
Children aged between 0-3 are not permitted to sit in the following rows when attending fixtures at Emirates stadium ;

  • Lower Tier – Rows 1-20
  • Club Level –  Row 1
  • Upper Tier –  Row 1

If you are purchasing tickets for other Arsenal Members, please ensure that each extra Member is assigned to your Network prior to your transaction .

You will need to quote the postdate information ( If you need to update your customer details, please do therefore anterior to booking ) :

  • Valid email address
  • Valid Membership number of each ticket

once a successful book has been made, your Membership card will be activated & you will be sent a confirmation electronic mail which will include the seat details .
All supporters are requested to bring their membership batting order in order to locate their seat and gain access to the stadium .
